I started a one summer brush hauling business in 2006. So, forced to come up with some adds and a company logo, this is what I produced. Yeah, a little simple, but I think they have charm...

Hung around the science buildings at Grinnell College

Hung outside various churches (surprisingly quite successful)

Hung at local Diners and Bars

Hung in local business and on campus

At the end of my time as a researcher at the Stony Brook University's Mineral Physics Institute, I convinced the administration that group t-shirts had to be made.

This is the design I came up with.

This is the Logo I created for the business plan I wrote for Danny Warshay’s stupendous class, Entrepreneurship and New Ventures (ENGN 1930 or ENGN101 depending on who you ask). The business was a social movement / remotely hosted personal computer solution to all of your problems. I still feel like eventually this is where personal computers are going to go.  I’m posting the business plan too (also my design). Co-authors and business planners with me on the project we Idan Naor and Mary Pitek.

John Tracey is one of Boston’s rising stars in the world of art. Though he has traditionally done mostly abstract painting, he recently had made a very successful foray into sculpture. He also asked me to design his website. Please take a look.
